Please join us for the 10th Annual Community Leaders Breakfast

 

Our keynote speaker, Janet Jacks is the founder of Goodness Me!  Natural Food Market, an all-Canadian family-owned business since 1981.

Living with diabetes is challenging but it was even more so back in the 1970s.  A family diagnosis led to culminating in the realization that eating healthy food is the key.  When she changed her family’s eating habits there was a dramatic improvement in their health.  This improvement made her want to share the information with others and so Goodness Me! Natural Food Market was born.
