Now Open – County of Brant Community Grants

Brant Community Foundation is pleased to partner with the County of Brant for the delivery of the 2025 County of Brant Community Grants Program!

We are thrilled to combine the granting expertise of the Brant Community Foundation with the County’s impactful Community Grants Program.

The 2025 County of Brant Community Grant Program will close February 28, 2025 at 5:00PM.

The Brant Community Foundation is accepting applications on behalf of the County of Brant for the following funding streams:

• Operational (Grant Maximum $5,000)
• Capital / Seed (Grant Maximum $10,000)
• Events (Grant Maximum $5,000)
